Reiki First Degree is a foundational level, which is an initiation into the world of reiki healing. It’s about creating a practical foundation for self-healing. It focuses on the body and physical level of dis-ease. The attunement contain series of 4 initiations. Each initiation opens doorway to deeper levels of healing and it is given one-on-one.

Although some people learn to use healing energy, but it isn’t Reiki if it does not involve attunement – the process of being ‘attuned’ to the energetic frequency of Reiki. Note that the attunements does not provide anything new. It opens and aligns what was already a part of you; a part of our genetic heritage – part of all of us. The attunement helps you to clear dissonant personal energy that does not serve your life purpose in the world.

The most important aspect of level 1 is self-healing. This course provides learning the fundamentals of practicing on ourselves. You will also learn how to offer Reiki to your family, friends, animals and plants.
