Vinyasa Krama Mandiram’ means movement in stages; aspect of the process, that it is all changeful. VKM Moon & Lion cub is not just another set of sequences practicing physical movement. Based on VKM teaching, we emphasis the three layers of Yoga practice:
- Asana - Each set of sequence has a unique style and energy, but also offers different variations for Your body.
- Pranayama - Begins and ends by learning effortless breathing: from dynamic breathing within asana practice to meditation on the spaciousness within every breath. After all, Yoga is about breath.
- Advaita - Non-dual witnessing, being aware of the one who is already aware in stillness.

Lunar Sequence (VKM Chandra Krama)
The Moon Sequence is a gentle flowing practice, which will help you with releasing tensions and opening the body in preparation for meditation. Focuses on opening the hips, and a long restorative sequence at the end.
Rising Moon (VKM Shoulder Moon)
This class is more active than other versions of Moon Sequence. Targets the lower and upper body, focusing on shoulder flexion and shoulder extension in particular. Heart opening & uplifting class with deeper Ustrasana at the end. Good for students with tight shoulders and upper back.
New Moon (VKM New Moon)
New Moon - Amavasya Krama. Full restorative (passive) postures. No standing postures, and longer holds in the sitting postures in meditative state. Targets the hips and inner awareness. This class uses props such as blocks, strap & a bolster. Perfect to practice on a New Moon day - a great time to plant seeds - new ideas, new beginnings, new intentions. But also time to gain strength to start again. Recharge, reconnect and rejuvenate your body mind and soul to start new journey in life.
Lion Cub (VKM Marjara Krama)
Marjara Krama is one of the most important, central practices for all of Vinyasa Krama Sequences by Matthew Sweeney. It is considered to be the most therapeutic and balancing yoga postures that will highlight your imbalances. This sequence stabilizes the hips and shoulders, strengthens the side body. The sequence helps to integrate alignment. This class uses props - one block, a strap and wall.
Reiki & Sound
Reiki is a gentle method of hands on healing technique. It involves channelling the universal life force (Reiki) through the hands and into the body. Naomi is level 4, reiki master teacher practitioner.
This class may include pranayama techniques and visualisation. It’s a guided meditation with crystal singing bowl sound healing and hands on reiki. You may feel a flowing/tingling sensation; relaxed or fall asleep during the class. It’s a journey within – accessing the stillness, peace and love that are always residing in you. Set up an intention as Naomi hold a space for you to go deep within ~ so as to balance & harmonise; gathering of energy and initiation.

This class begins slow, ends dynamic, playful, affectionate and uplifting.
Self Practice
Self-Practice is a type of yoga class where each individual is solely responsible for their own practice. This class involves each students moving with their own rhythm, to suit daily needs or changes. Selfpractice focuses on the individual’s inner exploration and practice of yoga, incorporating asana (physical movement), breathing techniques, and meditation. The aim is to develop a deeper sense of self- awareness and understanding body language.
