TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Ki of Harmony is not liable for any injuries occurred in or outside of the studio. 
  • Ki of Harmony is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for unused portions of any trial packages due to weather, illness or any other reason. 
  • Advanced payment is required to secure your booking as all the classes are limited to 4 clients.
  • We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes and private classes. If you cancel less than the specified number of hours before your session commences, you will lose the credit.
  • All classes/trial packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Yoga classes and Reiki sessions/courses are not transferable to one another.
  • Please allow extra travel time to studio during monsoon season. *No refunds will be given due to weather. 
  • The Trial Package I is valid for 14 days from date of purchase.
  • The Trial Package II is valid for 28 days from date of purchase.
  • Clients who present as a No Show 2 times, will be blocked from booking classes.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. All classes start punctually and late comers will not be allowed into class. This ensures that all clients have the best possible experience without any interruption.
  • Please notify your instructor of any medical conditions, past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication, that might require exercise modifications before the start of class. If you are pregnant or have any injuries, participation is at your own risk and should be with clearance from your doctors or obstetrician/gynecologist.
  • Please wear suitable active wear, and avoid using strong perfumes or essential oils in reiki sessions or yoga classes.
  • Please avoid using mobile phone during classes.
  • By booking online (via email or WhatsApp) or attending a class, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions as stated above.
 

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Cash payment and Bank Transfer (advanced payment to secure your spot in class).
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and include government tax.
